True...PURA is going to get 1.2 million dollars...it looks like with the share increase by NOUV they’ll be converting or granting some of those shares to PURA. Question is what will the conversion price be? NOUV basically reduced their value on Friday by roughly 45% by authorizing another 9 Billion in AS. If NOUV gives PURA 1.2 Billion shares of stock priced at .001 (value of 1.2 million) on Tuesday and the NOUV share price drops in the next few trading days that 1.2 million is suddenly diluted unless. My understanding is that it’s a stock transaction. NOUV shareholders got screwed and the PURA holders may not be getting the good deal they were planning on although free shares of a company are still free shares.
