Lol! There are two letter R’s but Joe will not see it to connect the dots.
He still see it as L .... POL rather than POR. Confused between L and R??? He is not even from Japan.. :)

That is what I'm saying. Chapter 11 is already referring too a reorg, everything written inside of that chapter 11 plan is the steps to minimize debts, and litigations in order to make that reorg happen. This is my opinion. I go by definitions(technicalities) Joe goes by what he see's. I understand and respect his angle. Just wish he could act his age and debate the matter without slander and name calling.

Example:

If a man is wearing a wig and you tell your friends that is not a woman it is a man in a wig and he says "once again you're going by what you want to hear not what it is in front of you" I would believe my friend is a bit on the looney side.
