Not many companies can meet the requirements of the NYSE or NASDAQ. Most MJ companies are new and not yet established like a company of Apple or IBM. Being on these exchanges does not guarantee success, IMO. Just look at GE. At the moment, UBQU should be concerned about building its customer base and improve shareholder value. Doing a RS so the company can be listed on the major exchange for a few days does not do anything for the investors. IMO

What dilute dump Friday? There were more buys than sales Friday.
