Apparently no explanation to show how a private company could execute a Reverse Merger with a publicly traded, shareholder owned corporation! And no rebuttal to the FACT that Paul Strickland has voting control of SPRV!

Here's revelation! A Reverse Merger by Web to Door was/is NOT possible! Why? Because Web to Door was a private company, not a public corporation, with publicly traded shares, meaning a Reverse Merger could NOT be executed!
