Yeah. That's like, very old news. The markets digested that news, and spat it back when they realized JF's involvement. (See share price)

Is it possible that somehow LVGI shareholders get reamed through this setup, and management benefits, only? Just asking b/c this IS the OTC, after all.

I'll ask again, ANYONE get their GEAR shares? Old-timers will know what I'm talking about.
