Its' not a pump. Something is going behind closed doors using the standard NDA crap but like anything in there are people who are 'in the know' who started buying shares. The random surge in sold shares attracted the rest of us who watch for the things.
Just take a look at KALY, USMJ, or TREP. This is going to run. Question is who's smart enough to recognize this opportunity and buy shares.
