Sorry disagree.

Management can always award themselves more shares as bonuses.

Grant news alone would have propelled this stock north of 25 cents, especially since it is over a 2 year period.

Damage to the LONG shareholder could have been a lot less with management while still achieving it's goal of getting the share above 5 dollars.

Very disappointed, was expecting RS but thought it would be less than 25 to 1.
