They have already said that the negotiations have been successfully completed with the lenders.

Jan 12th

We are nearing completion of our negotiations with note holders and have already completed successful negotiations with potential funding sources.

They have also said the increase in A/S would be used for institutional debt so for all those claiming dilution, it's time to break out the business dictionary.

Jan 12th

The increase in authorized is also done for planning purposes and is in excess of any anticipated needs. We may need shares available in the future for actions such as institutional debt,..

Institutional equity is selling shares for capital.

Institutional debt is reserving shares for capital.

BIG DIFFERENCE!!

Anshu is about to have a large chunk of cash on hand and everyone knows that in business cash is king. When you look at the increase in revenue from the 10-k the 31% is attested to the decrease in the backlog.

Revenue

Our revenue increased to $1,371,445 for the three months ended July 31, 2018, compared to $1,048,576 for the three months ended July 31, 2017, an increase of $322,869 or 31%. The increase is the result of reducing the order backlog with customers due to increased operational cash flows that allow us to procure additional products for sale.

and what is this incoming funding for?

9/24

The Company is in active discussions with a syndicate of investors who have expressed an interest in replacing the existing debt structure along with funding a portion of current backlog.

What kind of increase do you think we will see when Anshu is able to start procuring and delivering millions of dollars worth of product per 6 week cycle?

And this talk of margins? Ha! Take that 16.3% from last quarter and double it, at the very least when all transactions are paid in cash!

Of course the backlog is just one part of MANY sources of revenue developing here.
