I'm grateful to be watching a stock with a number of good posters on it's iHub board. I'm certainly interested in it.

Question, if another R/S occurs what stock of it is affected? Is it only the stock in the float or is it all the outstanding shares? Does that include the restricted and preferred shares? Thank you for your time and expertise.

I worry that another R/S is not far off if this hard drop continues but as it's been pointed out here, with a float like that, even with more dilution, it can run very nicely.
