I think the best way for Nasrat to join the ranks of the uber rich is with a high-profile NASDAQ IPO. Bell ringing with Nasrat, Carter, Dianne, Chris, and all of our favorite ELTP personalities.

Love it!!! And, it solves one of the issues mentioned...

Even if the p/s hits "dollar/s" through organic growth, a small 1-10 reverse turns a one dollar share into a ten dollar share, gets them to the Nasdaq and provides the alchemy necessary to turn Nasrat's preferred shares into common; as a reverse does not affect the Authorized share count.
