Aren’t Stock Certificates obsolete now with
the Electronic system?

Plus those entries are way back in Nov 2018
before the Auction even took place.

I wonder if those entries might be pertaining to
issuing Stock Certificates to the Insiders - who own
over 70 % of Commons - in order to show
ownership % and protect the NOLS?

I am reading Flip Stock trading, NOL and
Stock Certificates in those entries.
