#227 RE: Tinn #226

It trades in the grey market. Trades have to be handled by a broker between the 2 private parties wishing to conduct business. Per my previous posts this is what occurred the other day. I also provided a link to find out how the grey markets work. A sell order was initiated the other day on this stock and by law all transactions was disclosed and reported as required. There will always be a way to buy and / or sell legally registered stock no matter what market they trade on. Hellix is a legally registered stock and still trades on the grey market. Btw, a lot of stock is transacted on the grey market. Im not bothering with transacting this stock on the grey market bc Hellix stock will either be folded into a senior buyer or Hellix will do their own site development. Either way holders of the stock keep ownership and retain all rights protected by law.
