Steve sent a letter to the Transfer Agent and was awaiting a reply, with any questions they might have.

Appears the Transfer Agent replied to Steve; however, Steve was on the West Coast this week visiting Sifthouse, and potential new Private Label deals in LA and SF.

I am sure Steve will immediately respond back to the Transfer Agent next week, and iron out all the details.

I look forward to the share reductions being announced next week some time, if all goes well.
