This is about 1.5 years now and I don't see a link to any outcome but...this class action lawsuit has nothing to do with BURNT former HLNT shareholders, this is for employee's of that metal re-cycling plant not getting paid and not getting paid overtime. So...peeps bagholding this CRAP can keep on BAGHOLDING. What will happen though is if this POS ever comes back to life it will have a massive RS thrown on it to lower the OS down to a PUMPABLE amount--instead of 10 billion shares and it will destroy any value of existing shareholders like a reverse split always does.
People still holding SPOI are toast no matter what happens and that was my point back in 2016 when I encouraged others to vote NO to dilution of 6 BILLION shares. It also would make sure shareholders could never vote on any decision in the future.
That's why I sold all of my shares after it was finally posted in 2016 that they had enough votes to dilute.
