Sorry, looks like I posted some out of date information. That proposal has been changed to remove the provision that a percentage of cannabis must be grown for a specific dispensary. However, any grow op is still required to be owned by a licensed dispensary. I've done some more research along those lines and have found some very interesting information. I'll post an update later today.
