Didn't I read that Bungie's briefs are temporarily sealed as WDDD believes that Bungie is attempting to provide new evidence against guidelines, and WDDD reply is on hold until this gets straightened out? Here it is at the end of paper 54:
"Regarding Patent Owner’s request to seal the briefs, we have placed
those briefs under seal temporarily as requested. Patent Owner is authorized
to file, within one week of the filing of this order, a motion to seal the briefs.
The motion shall indicate why it is appropriate to continue to maintain
information in those briefs under seal and shall indicate with specificity the
portions to remain sealed. The motion also shall indicate whether the
motion is unopposed. Petitioner is authorized to file an opposition to the
motion within one week of the filing of Petitioner’s motion. No reply brief
is authorized at this time."
