It doesn’t take a genius to educate ones self to understand uplisting, APO’s and IPO’s require multiple tiers of people from accountants to lawyers and mountains of paperwork. They don not run on exacting timelines ever. An educated person understanding this process would know this and NOT judge the process by time.
