I have to be careful what I say,as I have no proof. In the past,the stock "pops",than the company announces a private placement at a price below,for example, the stock popped towards. three and a half,"shorts" were established, than a private placement at say $2.75,close to current market price. The fact that the same management is hanging around instead of" retiring" suggests to me that they are upto some shenanigans .ALL IMHO.
