Sorry, but your evidence is based on your fantasy. Maybe you can say that the IP has been around for 20 years, but the technology has only been used for about 7-8 years with the DLA and only for about 4 years in cotton and everywhere else is less than 4 years.
So if you want to say that it's not being accepted, then okay, but don't twist the facts to support what is clearly a personal opinion.
