Warrants can be traded just like a stock.
You have the time frame to either sell the warrants or purchase the shares via excercising the warrants. It will come down to what you fill comfortable in doing. Heck, you may want to sell some and buy the shares with the others.
Until the price of the warrants is determined and they are available to trade, you can speculate all you want.
Once they are provided to us, they will show up in your trading account and have a bid/ask just like a stock.
TDAmeritrade has the same structure for buying and selling warrants as shares.
