OK, the last trade was 400, so according to the theory

"400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand"

No supply, no demand, yep, it's going sideways.

My guess is we see a huge block trade at ask and MMs are currently gathering all available betweem .135 and .15, until someone actually hits the ask button.
