WeeZuhl- Your’s is the best post of the year. Right on. We own a valuable, operating, FDA, DEA, GMP, opioid and other, drug manufacturing and R&D facility, with increasing production and revenues. There are always opportunities and deals to be made. The value has been the reason for many interesting events with ELTP. There are Always....deals to be made.

So basically whats being acknowledged is the CEO's poison pill nonsense was just another ruse to enrich himself and lure naive investors into buying more shares that Elite was unloading..

Got it

I do not fantasize about buyouts from big boys who would rather crush us than own us.

I know what I have here. I have a cGMP and DEA-certified pharmaceutical factory that is currently under utilized. If the company can successfully increase the output of the factory with controlled substances and other high-margin drugs that cannot be manufactured more cheaply overseas, then we could eventually reach profitably in the range of hundreds of millions of dollars and a share price of multiple dollars. I Love it! I like what I have here too, sir!

Weezuhl,
Do you consider it a fantasy that Sungen or its parent company would buy Elite?
Do you agree that Nasrat must sell the company in order to cash out his shares?

How else if not via a buyout?

I agree with this and we see some signs that Elite is going toward this.

How much is that garbage trimipramine bringing in? Does it even make enough to pay nasRAT 10% interest on the loan?
