Same crap over and over. The most recent court case involving 650 Bay Street sounds almost identical. Numerous loans for an enormous dollar amount they’ll never get back in forced sale, and OH, a pipe burst destroying the place and causing a big insurance claim that is also a focus of the court’s interest...where DID the insurance money go anyway? The court has asked Mr. Karras to show THAT particular documentation several times with no answer.
