The "move" to Colorado is in name only because it's cheaper to have a business there than in Delaware. I think Hexagon will happen though I'm not sure what the new ticker symbol will be. Articles of Incorporation in Colorado for Hexagon have been filed. A/S for Hexagon is 4 billion.
