Have not looked that deep into them.

I think there is actual value in the School Fundraising App.

Up here in the Northeast, whenever it snows and school gets canceled, the school thinks its a good idea to make a phone recording and call both parents at 4am with it. Sounds like this App would send a push notification instead. I would pay much more than $2 to have them stop the robocalling. LOL
