True. And depending on what is in the NDA (if there is even one), he could release a PR at least saying that there was a settlement, and with it he plans to do such and such for the company. He could even say in the PR the date the NDA will terminate, if possible by the agreement. If the NDA is only about the monetary value received, I still see this running.
