AMFE Revenue growth + Dilution facts + more... This is just for one of the subsidiaries. Lots of DD here, but still only a fraction of it, keep scrolling...
The revenues needs to be updated on this chart, its actually higher, per the audited 10K...
Only 170 million shares have been issued over the past THREE+ years and the stock was subpennies for much of the time. This is extremely frugal for a penny stock investing in this many initiatives...
They borrow money using conventional bank financing (non dilutive), then pay it back when they get the larger deals (stronger quarters)... This is a fantastic situation for a small company. As sales increase even more (esp high margin initiatives), they will start to have excess $$$. Their growth will begin to finance additional growth, like the Morning acquisition which was an all cash deal.
You can easily tell this is a healthy company for the stage they in. Most stocks in this stage have to dilute heavily to continue fueling growth... which isn't the end of the world, as long as the dilution shows results...but AMFE is seeing strong YoY growth without needing to. This is significant.
All non inventory related debt could be wiped off the books with not many restricted shares needing to be sold... So if their debt management gets in a tough situation, they have the ability to bail themselves out, BECAUSE they never overdiluted at the lows...
Many stocks stretch themselves thin to get where AMFE is, but they have not needed to and have a solid equity structure as an insurance policy. _______________
My thoughts on revenue: The Snakes locations are relatively consistent/solid revs, but the distribution segment sees spikes, because single orders can be worth $1+ million.
Depending on if they ship these larger orders out in a single quarter, or divided over multiple quarters, there will be some wild variations from quarter to quarter... this is why you have to look at the annual revs for this type of biz. This isn't any different than other companies that get large contracts.
Only the underlying Snakes locations can be relied upon for relatively consistent revs, but there are 4 locations now that do $3-4 million each($12-16 million/year)...
We have not yet seen Tempe revs included a quarterly report and we have not seen a full year of Midtown and revs were already at $XX,XXX,XXX.... There are also 2 other locations planned for the first half of 2019 (at least), which should add $6-8 million.
6 locations will give us $18-24 million revs, BEFORE distribution, which is a STRONG/RAPIDLY GROWING aspect of the biz... Then add it high margin publishing, which could add $XX,XXX,XXX revs by itself, FAST...
How does one not see the potential from this valuation!?... IMO AMFE should be worth $200+ million, as it sits, right now. I see terrible companies worth 5X+ this valuation, often. Snakes has too much potential for this price range. We just lack eyeballs, because the company does little to get noticed.
__________
Type of orders they get: Received an order for two shipping containers of product, approx. 32,000 units of games the company holds the exclusive distribution rights to in Canada. This single order was received from Amazon and is valued at over $650,000 __________________
Canada has a 36 million population and we are already at $XX,XXX,XXX revs, in just 3 quarters. The USA is 10X the size, which is $XXX,XXX,XXX revs if they grow at the same rate and why wont they?... Hello billion+ market cap, Nasdaq, etc. Just like that
Perspective: These types of orders were for JUST Canada.. How big will they be in the USA? Up to 10X the size?
We are entering a powerful growth period for this company. Canada was just the testing grounds, the USA is where everything accelerates...
Amfil Technologies Inc. Announces That Our Snakes & Lattes Inc. Subsidiary Is Finalizing a $1.25 Million CAD Purchase Order for a Popular Game Title That We Hold the Exclusive Distribution Rights to Canada, Partial Shipments on the Total Order Have Begun
TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - May 24, 2017) - Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC PINK: AMFE) is pleased to announce that our Snakes & Lattes Inc. subsidiary is in the final process of closing a purchase order with a large name-brand box store to sell approx. 50,000 units of a single title we hold exclusive distribution rights to in Canada. Partial shipments towards the total order have begun. It is estimated that Amfil Technologies Inc. will realize an approximate total revenue of $1.25 million CAD from this onepurchaser for this one specific game title.
It is estimated that this retailer will be able to move approximately 50,000 units of this particular game title on an annual basis and will therefore be placing recurring orders through us accordingly moving forward.
They will also be purchasing other game titles in which we hold the exclusive distribution rights to and we are in the process of finalizing the number of units and price points on these additional titles. Further details relating to game titles, price points, and involved parties will be disclosed as the total distribution deal comes to a close, shipments are completed and parties give their consent.
Given the recent developments within the distribution arm of our Snakes & Lattes Inc. subsidiary, Amfil's management team expects the exclusive game title distributorships to have a significant impact on revenue growth going forward.
The company will also be providing a general company highlight / shareholder recap this Friday summarizing the last two quarters accomplishments, and providing updates on operations which were mentioned but not re-addressed through public communication. ________________________
Type of orders they get: Snakes & Lattes Inc. has received its largest purchase order to date from Indigo Chapters and will be supplying approximately 10,000 units each of a number of titles we hold exclusive Canadian distribution rights to, including Exploding Kittens, Cards Against Humanity, Joking Hazard and Watch Ya Mouth.
Chapters quickly changed the face of Canada's book selling industry. Previously, companies like Coles and Smithbooks had many small stores. Chapters built large box stores with a much larger product selection. Chapters provided chairs and couches for their customers, as well as Starbucks coffee shops, and did not discourage reading inside the store. The company became Canada's largest book retailer, with 77 superstores branded as Chapters and more than 280 mall-based stores under the names Coles, SmithBooks (formerly the Canadian branch of W H Smith), Classic Bookshops, the Book Company, and Active Minds. However, the SmithBooks, the Book Company, and Classic Bookshops names have been gradually phased and locations rebranded as Coles stores in recent years. Canada's first book superstore, Toronto's World's Biggest Bookstore, once part of the Coles chain, was also owned by Chapters and had continued to operate under its original name.
_____________________ Cards Against Humanity DD: AMFE is the "exclusive" distributor in Canada, including all sales through Amazon
Most people that buy at Amazon do not leave reviews and there are 30,000+ and 5 stars on the USA site... and this does not include the Walmarts, hobby stores, etc that also move copies... EVERYONE that buys a copy in Canada stuffs money into AMFEs coffers, even if they buy from a competing big box store, hobby shop, etc...
... and there are expansion packs coming out all of the time, which many of these customer all jump on = more $$$
Snakes & Lattes has also secured exclusive distribution rights throughout Canada for Exploding Kittens LLC, which was one the single most successful game on the Kickstarter platform, and the third highest grossing venture in the platform's history. It has also secured exclusive distribution rights throughout Canada for Cards Against Humanity, which has quickly become one of the most popular party games to date. Further, Snakes & Lattes is in discussions to become the exclusive distributor for Watch Ya Mouth, a major release title of 2016. To facilitate the shipping and sales growth of these exclusive distributorships, inventory in the warehouse was recently increased to accommodate the demand. Snakes & Lattes has also set up a new partnership with FedEx in order to streamline logistical processes, improve efficiency and decrease costs, while increasing and improving reach to customers throughout Canada and the United States.
__________ (CNBC video) 'Exploding Kittens' Card Game Blows Up Into A Fortune | Strange Success
Snakes has locked down exclusivity for this game in Canada. It only did $50,000,000 in the 1st year, in just the USA... and FYI, this was not even the best selling title that year...
_______________ Snakes DD: And why is Snakes being selected for all of these "exclusive" deals within this multi Billion dollar sector?
Many of the hottest new games are coming from smaller/Kickstarter funded companies now. They dont have the distribution capability, customer service, contacts, etc like a Hasbo... and many of these sector rookies turn to Jamey Stegmaier for advice, whom ranks Snakes #1 in Canada (see below)... hence EXCLUSIVITY! There is no need for them to deal with any of these other BORING distributors... Snakes is the cool kid on the block with game cafes. They hold developer night and people from all over come to showcase/test their games under the Snakes Banner.
Recently, BlogTO.com named the Snakes & Lattes College location the best late night café in Toronto. Further news included fulfillment blogger Jamey Stegmaier with Stonemaier Games, the most influential blogger within the boardgame fulfillment sphere, naming Snakes & Lattes the best fulfillment house in Canada. This coincides with an increase in fulfillment campaigns in 2016, and a projected major increase in 2017. Finally, Snakes & Lattes has partnered with three of the largest fulfillment houses in the United States, these being funagain.com, Gamesalute and CoolStuffInc. Snakes & Lattes will soon be in a position to fulfill the Canadian orders from these three houses. _______________
(repost) Snakes DD: Snakes has a powerful marketing advantage. The great thing about a table game, is that most of them have to be played with a group.
Each customer that learns how to play a game in a Snakes location, could become a buyer of that title before they leave, because Snakes is also a retail store, which customers have to walk through each time they enter/exit.... and every time they play that game with a group (at home), it can easily turn other people into buyers of our exclusive and self published titles.... and we make money if a copy is sold anywhere, it doesn't have to be purchased at Snakes!
Snakes is the perfect venue to educate people on a title via their Game Gurus, get it into their hands before they leave (impulse buy) and turn paying customers into sub marketers. This is why marketing a game at Snakes is more powerful than anywhere else imo. No one has Game Gurus that can push people towards a title, make it easy/fun for them to learn it right then and there and start this VIRAL sales process.
Lets get these self published titles ready! $$$ ______________________ Why You Must Go to Snakes and Lattes Now!
AMFE is a big board stock disguised as a Pinky. Theres REAL Billion dollar market cap potential here. Do the DD, do the simple math.
How many restaurants/cafes/bars can collect an $8 cover charge and still pack the place?... and these Snakes locations are not small. The newest one (#3) is 10,000 sq ft!
The other 2 locations have each been expanded and they fill right up. They haven't been able to make one too big...
... and lets not forget that each location is also a game retail store, so even if they cant seat people, they can still make money before they turn them away... hopefully with a takeout meal as well
Snakes is not just a restaurant/bar/cafe, its a new/rapidly growing entertainment concept... and the expanding populations around the world are STARVED for new things to do with family and friends that are SOCIAL.... Think about it, how many social things are there to do, other than eating/drinking? Movies, arcades, etc are not very social. Beating your friends at some popular/competitive newer style games is HIGHLY interactive. Encouraging laughter, mental stimulus, people skills, strategic thinking, etc.
Snakes is a PROVEN concept with MASSIVE expansion potential. IMO theres going to be hundreds of them one day. Why not?!
___________________________ Sector DD: Snakes is a proven/popular/rapidly growing concept in an economy that is STARVED for more entertaining things to do with family/friends, away from their digital devices. The expansion potential is enormous
Table Gaming is a booming sector and we're in the middle of this massive growth trend. In every subsegment: Game Cafes, education, exclusive distribution on the hottest titles, publishing, marketing + physical/online retail...
Cafe/bar/restaurant: They can satisfy the morning to night crowds. Something for everyone... and they're able to charge a $8 cover and still pack every table in these large locations. Game retailer: Snakes sells games in each location + online. This revenue source has a higher margin than any other game retailer, because Snakes buys their inventory below wholesale (master distributor) Event planning: For parties, corporate events, etc supplying food, games and Gaming Gurus... Location #3 (Midtown has a catering size kitchen which will allow them to expand this rapidly growing segment of the biz. Marketing: Snakes can charge publishers to launch their game in style. Snakes can provide Gurus that push and teach these games. Along with marketing decor, themed cocktails/pastries/etc, drawings, sales displays, online videos, etc. Publishing: Several games are about to launch under this new division and since they cut out the middleman, it will likely be the highest margin aspect of the biz + the fastest growing. Fulfillment: Snakes is a fulfillment partner for smaller game designers. They ship individual Kickstarter orders out to Canadian Backers... FYI, gaming is the #1 most funded section on the Kickstarter site, ahead of Tech at #2. As Snakes locations expand into the USA, i expect their Fulfillment contracts to expand there as well Master Distribution: Snakes is a master distributor for exclusive and non exclusive game titles. Along with several new products added through the Natural Stuff Inc acquisition. They sell to Walmart, Chapters, Amazon + anywhere that carries the hottest games. Franchising: Snakes has signed multiple franchise agreements ... and several other applicants are currently being reviewed.
_____________________________ Snakes Workforce Photo: This is not a 2 person penny stock pretending to be bigger than they really are. Amfil has the workforce to handle whats coming... This is from last year, they have 200+ employees now...
_____________________________ Warehouse Pics: This is what $5,000,000+ game inventory looks like... they also have a 2nd warehouse in New York...
_____________________________ Publishing: A single self published title could double annual revs by itself, with strong margins... IMO Snakes has extremely high odds of hitting a winner. They have game designers on their staff that study every game on the market and make video/podcasts about them online... Plus, they know which types of games sell via the observations from thousands of customers that come to Snakes.
In their videos/podcasts they critique everything from the gameplay/dynamics to the artwork... They KNOW their stuff and are in the perfect situation to select great titles.
A single hit title can match the revs of a dozen Snakes locations... and it will be the highest margin deal Snakes will make, since they cut out the middleman and have exclusivity from day 1, worldwide
This is possibly the biggest thing they have going... They could drop several hot titles on the market and make 9 figures having exclusivity worldwide.
#lifechanger _______________
_____________
(repost) Snakes DD: Board games are a multi billion dollar market and no other distributor has the best place (Game Cafes/Bars) to test/launch/market a new game... and no other game cafe (Snakes copycat) has distribution, so they cant easily compete with our expansion potential.
As they add Snakes locations, their ability to secure additional exclusive deals in multiple countries will grow... Each new location expands their UNIQUE marketing appeal to the game designers, whom already love Snakes! Just look at their comments/pictures online.
Also, each retailer they set up is a long term relationship for future games distribution... This is a very powerful aspect. As they start doing biz with more and more big retailers, it makes it easier for the designers to give them exclusivity.... and no doubt they will do biz with several major retailers eventually, because THEY CANT buy some of the most popular titles from anyone else in Canada ... and in other countries, soon.
All of these moving parts are working in synergy to promote and strengthen the brand across the board...
KNOW what you own. This is a life changer imo. ____________________

The Gurus can PUSH games onto customers... "hey try this new game. Its easy to learn, ill teach it to you." Boom, groups of people being taught, every day...
... then these customers see the game in a nice marketing display + a discount, on the way out the door... and because they just learned it and had a great time playing, one or more of them pick up a copy and take it home, playing with family/friends (free marketing).
They are in the PERFECT situation to choose a solid title and sell it to the masses, in every aspect
This will lead to sector domination imo _______________
Pictures of Snakes retail section...
People often forget that Snakes is a retailer and the sector is growing fast...
Snakes purchases games below wholesale (Master Distributor), so theres a strong margin selling at retail. I see this segment growing and increasing per location profits... Walmart, Target, etc do not carry as many titles and at Snakes you can actually play/learn them before you buy...
(repost) Most of these penny stocks have to dilute to survive. AMFE dilutes moderately, but when they do, they are diluting to fund growth initiatives that have, in most cases, already proven to be a successful growth area of the biz.
This is what you want to find in a small cap investment. They all have issues, debt, etc, but the effectiveness of their investments is what a savvy investor focuses on. Snakes has grown significantly since going public. The business plan is working! Minor dilution = solid growth
Its possible that none of these upcoming self published titles will be a big hit, but the position Snakes is in, will sell enough copies to make it a profitable division imo.
Most of these small startup publishers have to work their tail off to get noticed. They are nobodies... Snakes only needs to mention their self published titles to the clients they are already dealing with on a daily basis. This is such a MASSIVE advantage when it comes to sales. Who you know is everything and Snakes is becoming a top dog in this rapid growth sector. _________________ READ: Guess who is mentioned?
Multiple credible people are quoted, from different aspects of the sector. Great read and the reason why we are buying into this growth trend EARLY
The Gathering of Some of The Gathering of Friends – in Toronto!
Most of the big players in the sector know all about Snakes. They call us the "mothership" for a reason... Even Hasbro has a monthly gaming night at Snakes now, marketing their Avalon titles...
IMO they are close to unveiling a USA penetration strategy for the Distribution and Fulfillment segments. This will be a MONSTER growth initiative, because game designers and Kickstarter backers love Snakes. There are countless positive comments online... and billions of dollars in games are distributed/fulfilled in the USA each year.
Many of these creators will choose to do business with Snakes over others imo. If its not for the fact that they love Snakes, it will be because we have game cafes, which is a marketing/sales advantage.
I predict they will make a large acquisition in the USA, to gain them an instant foothold... These private distributor owners will jump at the chance to get stock in Snakes/AMFE. Its a great retirement growth plan. It will be an easy deal to make, so its coming imo: https://www.snakesandlattes.com/distribution/
Snakes is in position to CHOOSE who they want.. and it might be more than one distributor that they purchase. Snakes could "roll-up" the sector _______________ Potential Acquisitions: Morning was one of them and the deal is complete... The next acquisition could drop at any time and it will be a big one. A KEY component...
Snakes & Lattes Inc. is currently in initial discussions with two companies that have expressed interest to be acquired by Snakes & Lattes Inc. The first is one of the largest board game distributors in Canada, and the second is a distributor and publisher in Europe. As the company expands into the USA, the company will be looking at a potential acquisition of a distributor in a key location in the USA, in addition to our own planned distribution center in Chicago, IL. The strengthened US distribution arm would serve as a satellite to complement the initial Northern offices and warehouse in Chicago, and the South Western presence in Arizona.
Further updates relating to the expansion of the Snakes & Lattes brick and mortar locations, as well as the potential acquisitions in the publishing and distribution sectors will be announced as they develop. The company is very excited with the recent developments in terms of US expansion and remains steadfast in its commitment to increase its reach throughout North America and beyond.
Summit Global Investments reports 33.33% increase in ownership of AMFE / Amfil Technologies Inc.
November 14, 2018 - Summit Global Investments has filed a 13F-HR form disclosing ownership of 1,000,000 shares of Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC:AMFE) with total holdings valued at $116,000 USD as of September 30, 2018. Summit Global Investments had filed a previous 13F-HR on August 10, 2018 disclosing 750,000 shares of Amfil Technologies Inc. at a value of $74,000 USD. This represents a change in shares of 33.33 percent and a change in value of 56.76 percent during the quarter.
FYI, this type of "exclusivity" is short term. It is likely how we were able to negotiate these large "firm PO's" before the games are even printed. In a way they are funding the inventory... and if you are going to let any retailer be the first to have these games for a limited time, Walmart is it!
Walmart will likely run ads and let it be known that they carry our products, because they are the only ones that people can buy them from, initially. This will help build brand awareness...
My guess is the exclusivity will last for 3-6 months and they will feature us all over the place, moving all their inventory + place additional orders. They know board games are hot, it is their job to know, they will take advantage
______ Today, Walmart operates over 11,200 retail units under 55 banners in 27 countries and eCommerce websites in 10 countries. We employ approximately 2.2 million associates around the world – 1.5 million in the U.S. alone.
Via Walmart we could expand and penetrate multiple countries, fast. They give us vast reach. This is such a huge deal.
With 3 titles it could be worth $XX,XXX,XXX in less than a year.
