Before any mergers and before any sale of any assets. Ditech has to deal w/ 1.2 billion in debt. One billion secured corporate debt.

The forebearance is a bargaining chip and a pre cursor to BK (Chapter 11 Restructure).

I would say by this time next month they will have filed.
