Now, Calabria has changed his tune on the GSEs --- most recently here: https://www.urban.org/policy-centers/housing-finance-policy-center/projects/housing-finance-reform-incubator/mark-calabria-coming-full-circle-mortgage-finance --- so Bove is focusing on Calabria's works from pre-2016 when he favored receivership not post-2016 when he seems to be open to keeping a GSE structure with significant footprint reduction and bank-like capital levels.
