The way that it has been Presented (as i understand it) is that it is both. Bmix owns about 54% of JG and I do not see that changing. Fogassas would lose His Total control of things if that was too occur. JG also cannot incur any Convertible Debt. I believe BMIX has quietly gone from 6 to 13 Employees but as of this moment I am not Positive. Good Luck with GNC!
