What’s stopping ANY company from diluting their stock to trips?

EVSV has consistently increased revenues every quarter for the last 6 years.

They haven’t engaged any toxic financiers since 2013.

Those are great signs that a company is growing and creating shareholder value. That alone should help anyone determine the probability of unnecessary dilution. Not to mention, medical MJ and industrial hemp will attract more equity investors than pest control.
