The debt holder for conversions should already have their shares right? There were only 11 shares added since yesterday. I don’t think debt holders care to hold onto shares.. they would just dump as received. Does that make sense? I have to re-read the pr, will do later.

It makes sense the debt holders already have their shares otherwise there isn’t a way to figure out how many shares are outstanding.
