They are PAOG dispensaries not RBII, links please only been 2 years.

Yes they acquired PAOG assets which amounted to just basically attachments and chattels aka furniture and computers as the former sister stock did not own any physical locations as they were leased which is common practice with commercial real estate

PAOG is an almost completed RM and will have no ties to RBII
