I agree. I was in this 2 years ago and bailed just before dilution ran rampant. I got back in here at .0006, probably could have got 5's but noi big deal to me.

The fluff news is still an every other day occurrence, I like the "meat and potato news" such as name / symbol change, stellar financials, etc.

I understand dilution is a normal part of pink sheet companies, with some buried up to their eyeballs in dilution and some not so bad.

The company needs to take profit and pay down debt. Only time will tell as to the reason for this recent AS increase. Hopefully those shares will be intended for a great acquisition or for a merger deal in the future. Bigger cannabis companies will be buying out the smaller guys as this sector continues to grow and become more profitable.
