They can sell short in expectation of shares in future via IOU with DTC. It's a MM game right now. Either they are going to make a fortune or cover. (Oh, and they can game the now 2 day rule).

LOL u saw that too.. wild guess..someone fleecing out retail shares and sucking them up cheap? there were points in the day where ask was getting slapped when a cheap block showed up for sale.
"new filing" today is just the same old filing everyone has known about.
they may RS by September they may cancel it altogether
that's all it says basically. same same. but a great scare tactic the way they dropped it today.
