What Iron is coyly pointing out is if the 200m share payment is material information and it needs to be reported in 48 hrs as BizRight contract "effective date" info, then since it hasn't been reported that means BizRight didnt receive the initial share payment yet....and Iron's light bulb moment is, if A/S increased in Oct, why hasnt 200m been issued to BizRight yet...and Iron mostly busting balls by indicating if Biz didn't get the 200m, then who the hell got the recent 300m+ O/S increase? ...But, question is does it qualify as Material Info? Astute question..gl
