Na, Nothing going on here, They did a RS and took back everyone's stock. They are laying low before some BS pr's that will help them selling stock all over. The reason not much being sold is they did a 250 for 1 RS so stockholders have 1/250th of the stock they used to have to sell.

If this company hasn't done anything but sell stock since 2006, what makes you think they would actually do anything real? PR's are for UPZS to sell stock, that is it!

I am also keeping alert for new announcements from UPZS management soon. The company and the stock are set up for appreciation in 2019 and it is the right time of year to kick things off. With the current low share structure I expect UPZS will rise very easily when the investment community turns to look here.

UPZS is already starting to get interesting. Just a little nibbling by bidders here this week has bumped the pps up showing how easily this stock will climb into a new uptrend when the company starts updating on progress and plans for their business growth in 2019.
