I'm not for the GGC takeover bid, but wouldn't an offer spur the stock price up again?
I thought they were suppose to be proposing another offer this week!
That way maybe a much larger player might come forward with a much better offer.
I can't see why Tilray hasn't been like the real 'Slim Shady" and please stand up!
Aphria's growing space and European footprint would help their lack of growing capacity beyond belief, as we know they are way over priced for what they presently offer!
Any good news at this point would be welcomed.
If this thing doesn't start turning around, I will have to go down to the local Home Depot Store and start counting the fiber strands in rope soon! LOL

There are only 2 major LPs left for large global companies to partner up with: APHA and ACB

2 Major LPs and many many potential global partners...these 2 LPs are in the drivers seat.

Nothing illegal has occurred at either company, and any global partner will have access to the audited books of both companies, and will be able to perform any kind of due diligence investigation that it wishes. A large global company will not be swayed by a silly short report like unsavvy retail investors, it will not matter to them. If anything, they will see it as an opportunity to buy up shares of a company at deflated prices.

APHA has its Chairman from Hain Celestial, its President from Diageo North America/Canada, and a roster of seasoned and reputable executives. This is the type of management that a large global company would want to work with.
