I just traded some prefs so those, or at least the series I traded in, are certainly not halted.

Instead, I would imagine the problem is on iHub's end. There's a red warning at the top of my screen right now:

We are aware of the problems with L2 and streaming. Our feeds provider is currently investigating an outage.
