I had an email back from Marty recently that said they were waiting for the lawyers to still submit and she was hopeful it would be soon about as vague as she could get.

Form 10 probably takes 30 minutes...supposedly 30 days for the lawyers but the audit was "done" 4 months ago next Thursday. Still over 3 months since they claimed legal counsel had it. If the past is an indicator (and it usually is) nothing has been done and this will just fade away as it always has.

According to AmeraMex CFO Hope Stone, the signed audits for 2016 and 2017 have been submitted to the Company’s outside legal counsel for development of the Form 10 and Registration Statement.
