Of course I would have to be skeptical. I cannot trust what people say. It has to be 'official'.

So all these conjuration of what the PPS should be is all nonsense to me when revenue is sitting at 0 and 0 customer for their flagship product.

As their balance sheet change this opinion may change. If at any point their balance sheet shows life I will state that - it has to be meaningful.

Also need to know what will happen to the promissory note for the ARALOC acquisition if LDSR fail to raise $750k due in 10-months.
