The two sides of diversity:
A. To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This side of diversity is not a primary goal, but a tool to improve.
B. Diversity is a human rights value, a primary goal.

So companies need to decide whether it's A, B, or A and B (and how to balance them, if needed).
