Agreed - also, news today is positive in the sense that he has ties to BASF and that they are bringing new people on board. If they were dying (the only rationalization to a $5M M/C), they shouldn’t be plus-ing up and bringing on new folks and he’d be crazy to leave his job at BASF to work for them if they are going kaput.
