Just makes for great PR's when they need to unload shares. You have better odds playing Mega Millions. Do they happen? Sure. But for every uplisting that goes through, THOUSANDS don't.

We will see an SEC Suspension long before an uplisting. But I'll be here to remind you of this after it hit .0001 after the R/S storm clears.
