Artweed I see your point...now I'm not 100% sure that we will get 10 harvests.

My logic was if they harvested 5 times per year...that is every 73 days...if building 1 can harvest 5 times, then building 2 would also have 5 harvests every 73 days. We are using optimum systems to maximize growth rates. Depending on the size of the clones when they enter the growth stage...73 days could be possible.

If there is 5 total harvests between the 2 buildings, that would make 2 1/2 harvests per year/ building. That seems low for indoor grown cannabis. 2 1/2 cycles per year would be 146 days per cycle...which seems more like an outdoor rate.

If LIHT staggered the plantings between building 1 and 2.... by 36.5 days...and started with large clones...10 harvests seems doable. Changing the light cycle will change the growth cycle of cannabis...regardless of what the calendar says.

Let's hope I'm right...I hadn't looked at it your way until now.

LIHT has not impressed me, in the past, with the speed they move on projects either. The main reason in the past would be lack of funding. We have a new CEO and board...and we also have funding. LIHT is moving much faster than MRPHF did.

I doubt they would sell any properties at this stage. My problem with the non Vegas properties is they were a non performing asset...without a visible means of funding...and they will be the lower profit margins. By finding funding for some of them...they can be turned into a performing asset...with profits split. This is much better than non performing assets. With funding turning them into performing assets...the sale price would be much better if it ever came to that. Selling now would lose potential value...before they become revenue producing.

I'm not insisting on LIHT selling those other properties...BUT...if you needed money...it s an option. As long as funding for Vegas is prioritized first...the other properties can be utilized to our advantage...especially with funding available. All our facilities will be top notch, and produce top notch cannabis...the difference being the profit margins and in the respective markets.

I calculated each harvest as 162 lbs.

162 lbs x $2000 per lb = $324,000 per harvest...every 36.5 days

$3.24 million/year
