A full award would provide an intrinsic value closer to $3/warnt once you subtract items that won't go to us and use the formulas in the 8k that describes the warrnts.

more like $3.56 to $3.71 based on my calculations using the formula in the 8k... and assuming $30mil to $50mil in attorney fees

i've done an extensive analysisi on possible ppw and think a full award = $4.28 on attorney fee of $30M and tax rate of 40%.
