SNS, Delcath has moved away from "real" before. If you remember they settled a shareholder lawsuit back in 2015 for $8.5M because in part they made False and Misleading statements.
Also, the clinical trial site which is updated based on info provided by Delcath reads "Estimated Primary Completion Date April 1, 2020 (Final data collection date for primary outcome measure)." so I believe the header is factually correct.
