And yet, MMEX-scam isn't building a refinery - it is only a share-selling scam.

As a simple reminder, Phase I, if it were ever built, is only a 10K BPD name-plate rudimentary topping unit - not a "refinery."

Phase II is wholly imaginary, so much so that even MMEX-scam itself can't provide any details, other than sufficient hope and dreams to keep Mad J.'s marks hooked into the scam.

The first 50,000 bbl refinery to be built in over 40 years! $MMEX (My only post of the day)
