That is a reasonable and interesting take. The next few days will be interesting as it appears that most of the float is now in the hands of people looking for four digit price point on the stock

What does this mean? Per what filing? I purchased 10,000 warrants this week. Any info you can provide on warrants/warrant agreement would be greatly appreciated!

FYI PHUNW IS NOT BEING CANCELLED!

Warrants, similar to options, give the holder the right to buy the common stock at a particular price for a stated period of time. In the case of Phunware the warrants give the holder the right to buy the stock at $11.50 until december 2023.

I think there was some confusion in the market about the warrants being cancelled or the terms being changed after the reverse merger.

I have confirmed with Phunware CFO, Matt Aune, that the terms are NOT being amended in any way and the strike IS in fact $11.50.

So this means the market is dramatically undervaluing PHUNW based on the current stock price. Even if the stock were to trade down to single digits the warrants are still arguably worth more than today's price.

Time & knowledge heal market inefficiencies.
