OT: AZ and NV

Very interesting. Democratic strategists must be extremely happy about the trends in Arizona, but quite disappointed about Nevada.

Congressional races aside, something very unusual and IMO noteworthy happened in AZ last night -- Arizona became the first state to shoot down and reject a ballot initiative to ban same-sex marriage.

In Nevada, Harry Reid as Minority Leader and in perfect/leading position to be the pork delivery man, and couldn't "buy"/build a couple hundred thousand votes? And even with the demographic shift to Vegas/urban as a tailwind? Seriously poor showing there:
